This Made By Us design is inspired by the ultimate companion from Disney’s The Little Mermaid. The dress has a bright yellow base with Flounder’s smiling face printed on the bodice. Blue ruffles imitate a set of fins along the sleeves and also on the cloth-covered headband. A glittering tulle overlay creates extra movement on the skirt, making this outfit feel extra animated!
